The IMPAR State Councils are created to serve as the apex state level platforms, involving prominent persons and multi-stakeholders to meaningfully engage with the community and further the objectives of IMPAR of creating better image and perceptions, and understanding in the society through advocacy and dialogues, community reforms and positive social actions and connecting youth with the opportunities. ISC will further create IMPAR District Councils to roll out various programs to enpower the community.
