IMPAR National Council (INC) is created as the apex body to function like IMPAR Parliament for deliberations on all important issues and agenda shared by members. The matters finalised by IGC and various National Committees will also be put up in the INC for deliberations and taking to the Steering Committee for finalisation. The Council will be 250 member body, comprised of executive members and some nominated members and meet on quarterly basis. They will be permanent invitees to all programs and events
