The IMPAR District Council is created to serve as the district level platform involving prominent persons and multi-stakeholders to meaningfully engage with the community and further the objectives of IMPAR of creating better image and perceptions, and understanding in the society through advocacy and dialogues, community reforms and positive social actions and connecting youth with the opportunities. IDC are constituted to roll out various programs to enpower the community
